Before the trip
Pick-up
In Europe we pick you up and drop you off at your addresses. In Uzhhorod you board at the TourSlo office (Mukachivska St 42) or in the car park by the main entrance of the railway station. In Lviv you board at the railway station; in Mukachevo we pick you up at the address you give us. Not in a listed city? There is a surcharge of €1.5 per km from the railway station of the nearest listed city.

From Ukraine — Tue · Fri · Sun. Departure: Lviv 07:00 · Uzhhorod 12:00.
To Ukraine — Mon · Thu · Sat. Departure: we will tell you the pick-up time. Arrival at the railway station and bus station: Uzhhorod 17:30 · Mukachevo 19:00 · Lviv 23:30.
Departure times are as scheduled; the exact time the car reaches your address depends on the other passengers’ addresses — we send it by SMS 24 hours before departure.
Luggage
Included: a suitcase or bag up to 30 kg and hand luggage up to 10 kg. Each additional bag — €20 / €30 / €40, depending on size.
Children
Tell us your child’s age and weight when you book — we’ll arrange a comfortable seat and a free child seat.
Pets
A dog up to 5 kg travels in the cabin — you need to buy a separate passenger seat for it. A dog of 5 kg or more travels in the luggage compartment — an extra charge of €100. Dogs travel only in a pet carrier — this is required. If you are travelling with a pet, contact a manager: they will answer any questions.
Payment
Via the dispatcher: there is no online payment for trips between Ukraine and Hungary. The dispatcher will tell you how to pay when confirming your seat.
Changing the date
The fare is not refundable. You can move the date up to three months ahead, subject to free seats on the new date, if you let us know at least 5 calendar days before departure. If fewer than 5 days are left, the trip is forfeited. A ticket cannot be passed on to another person.
Documents
The fares apply to holders of a biometric passport, a passport with a valid Schengen visa, an EU residence permit (temporary or permanent) or an EU passport. If your passport has expired or been lost, contact your consulate — they will issue a temporary document. For any other questions, contact the office: +386 51 788 878.
Ask us which documents you need when you book. If a child travels with one parent or without parents, check the rules for children leaving the country in advance and tell us.
A separate car with a driver
A car just for you: from this city to the airport, the station, another city or country. Price for the whole car, up to 8 people: €1.5 per km anywhere in Europe. Trips of several days are priced the same; you cover the driver’s hotel with breakfast and meals.
