Tick the places — see the price at once

The ready-made routes are already priced: tap one, then change whatever you like. Or tick your own places in the order you’ll visit them. Next to it you’ll see your route and price — the kilometres and the cost of a car with a driver; we confirm the exact amount.

How we calculate: by the kilometres of the whole route “start → places → back”, €1.5/km — however many days the tour lasts. On a multi-day tour you pay for the driver’s hotel (breakfast included) and meals. If your stops are on the group minibus route (Bled, for example), you can travel with the group: there and back on departure days, and you pay the driver nothing extra for the days you stay. Waiting at the stops — €25 per hour; on a multi-day tour we don’t charge for waiting. We’ll tell you before payment how many hours a day the driver works. A guide is optional and paid on the spot: on average €50–100 per hour. Payment is in full, by card, via a link after confirmation. Payment is non-refundable; you can move the date to any day within three months (if a car is available on the new date), provided you tell us at least 5 calendar days before departure.

Trekking in the Julian Alps Trekking9 routes · 5 in ordinary boots, 4 via ferratas with gear

The trails are waymarked; you need hiking boots and normal fitness. For the experienced there are via ferratas — paths across the rock face with a steel cable: helmet, harness and an instructor arranged on request.

No gear needed

  • Logarska dolina · Rinka waterfallascent 390 m · April–NovemberA mountain cirque, alpine peaks and the Rinka waterfall. The path leads to a planinski dom — a mountain hut with lunch, wine and a bed for the night.
  • Slemenova špica, Vršič pass1911 m · ascent 400 mThe drive up to the Vršič pass is a trip in itself: Lake Jasna and Alpine panoramas from the hairpins.
  • Debela peč2014 m · ascent 606 mA steep but beautiful trail; the main views open up at the top, past the saddle.
  • Viševnik, Pokljuka2050 m · ascent 740 mStarts at the Pokljuka biathlon centre. From the summit you see Triglav, the highest point in Slovenia.
  • Veliki vrh, Karavanke2088 m · ascent 788 mThe Karavanke ridge divides Slovenia and Austria. We stop at a mountain hut on the way.

Via ferratas — with helmet and harness

  • Mangart, the Italian route2679 m · ascent 624 m · May–October · helmetA peak on the Italian border. The road to the Mangart saddle is beautiful in itself; one short cable section.
  • Storžič via Žrelo2132 m · ascent 1009 m · May–October · helmetSteep, but walkable without self-belay gear. The biggest ascent of them all — a full kilometre.
  • Mala Mojstrovka, Hanzova pot2332 m · ascent 800 m · May–October · helmet, harness, lanyardPart of the route runs along a wall; steel cable at the exposed spots, clipped with a self-belay set.
  • Prisojnik, from Vršič2547 m · ascent 936 m · June–October · helmet, harness, lanyardFrom the Vršič pass. Beautiful and not hard, but it demands care — you may well meet ibex.

FAQ

Before the trip

How many people fit in?

Up to 8 people with luggage — a Renault Trafic or Opel Vivaro minivan. The price is for the whole car: four of you or eight, the amount is the same, so the more of you there are, the less it costs per person.

Can we start somewhere other than Ljubljana?

Yes: in the “From” field, choose your city or type an address and we’ll count the kilometres from there. You can also start in Ukraine and reach a European city by group transfer.

How is the price calculated?

Only for the car with a driver, by the kilometres of the whole route “start → places → back”: €1.5 per km, however many days the tour lasts. If the driver waits for you at the stops, waiting costs €25 per hour; on a multi-day tour we don’t charge for waiting. A guide, tickets and accommodation are not included. The calculation in the builder is an estimate; we’ll tell you the exact amount before payment.

Who pays for the driver’s overnight stay?

You do, if the tour lasts longer than a day: then you pay for the driver’s hotel (breakfast included) and meals. We will tell you the exact amount before payment. One-day tours have no such costs.

How do I join a tour if I am coming from Ukraine?

You come on our group transfer to Ljubljana or another city, then a car with a driver takes you along the route. You can combine it with a parcel or a move — write to us.

Are there ready-made tours with a fixed price?

Not yet: tickets, ski passes, gear and accommodation are different for everyone, so we price only the car with a driver, and you pay for the rest directly — on the spot or to the hotel. The ready-made routes in the builder are examples with the driving already priced.
