Loading and unloading — €25 per hour; we tell you the amount before you pay. Toll roads and bringing the car to you are already in the price per kilometre.
How we calculate: €1.5/km — one price for every country in Europe. Trailer — +€0.3 on top of every kilometre. Payment — in full, by card, via a link after confirmation.
What fits and what we take
Trailer — about 4.4 m³: boxes, disassembled furniture, appliances. People and pets ride in the car.
Or without a trailer — inside the van: one row of seats stays for passengers; behind it 1.9 × 1.6 × 1.35 m — about 4 m³.
We take
- Boxes, suitcases, bags with clothes and dishes
- Appliances and electronics — in original or sturdy packaging
- Disassembled furniture, bicycles, prams
- Pets in a carrier — with you in the cabin, for an extra charge
We don’t take
- Goods for sale and commercial lots — that is freight, not a move
- Weapons; alcohol and tobacco above the allowance; products of animal origin
- Anything that won’t pass customs at the border — ask us in advance
- If you are not sure, send us the list and we will answer before departure
For example, a washing machine, 8 boxes, 2 suitcases and a dismantled wardrobe fit — with room to spare. Send us your list and we’ll tell you for sure.
Or without a trailer — inside the van
Opel Vivaro Extra Long: the rear seats come out and the cabin becomes a cargo space.
Only your things in the back: 2.9 × 1.6 × 1.35 m — about 6 m³, 1.27 m between the wheel arches. With the trailer — about 10 m³.
One row of seats stays for passengers; behind it 1.9 × 1.6 × 1.35 m — about 4 m³.
How a move goes
- List and addresses
You tell us what needs moving, from where to where and how many people are travelling. We work out the distance, tell you whether you need the trailer and quote the price.
- Loading at your door
The driver arrives at the agreed time. We load together: belongings go in the trailer and the boot, people in the car.
- Unloading at the new door
Your things stay in the same vehicle all the way to the new address, with no reloading at warehouses. We unload them there.
Before the move
How many days does it take?
It depends on the distance. Enter the cities in the calculator above — it shows the kilometres and a rough driving time, and we’ll give you the exact time together with the price. If the move takes longer than a day, you pay for the driver’s hotel (breakfast included) and meals; we will tell you the exact amount before payment.
Will you help with loading?
Yes, we load together with the driver. If you need movers, tick the box in the request: it’s an extra charge we quote separately. Loading and unloading cost €25 per hour.
What else can be added to the price?
On top of the price per kilometre, these are charged separately:
- loading and unloading — €25 per hour;
- trailer — another €0.3 for every kilometre;
- help with loading;
- the driver’s hotel (breakfast included) and meals if the move takes longer than a day.
Fuel, toll roads, vignettes and bringing the car to you are already included in the price per kilometre, and there is no minimum order.
What if it doesn’t fit?
Send us a list of items or a few photos and we’ll tell you whether you need the trailer: it holds about 4.4 m³. The trailer adds €0.3 on top of every kilometre.
How do I pay?
By card online, for the full amount. First we confirm the move and tell you the exact amount, then we send a payment link. The price is for the whole car: however many of you travel (up to 8 people), the amount is the same. Payment is non-refundable. You can move the date to any day within three months, if a car is available on the new date and you tell us at least 5 calendar days before departure.
Can I take pets, and what can’t I take across the border?
Yes: pets travel with you in the cabin, only in a carrier and for an extra charge. We will tell you the amount of the charge and the documents needed before payment. We don’t take goods for sale or anything that won’t pass customs. If you are not sure what you can take across, send us the list and we will answer before departure.
