How to earn
There are two ways to get TourCoins: for a trip — once the service has been completed — and for a friend — when they first travel with us.
For every trip
1 TourCoin for every full €20 of a completed trip or service. A €140 trip earns you 7 TourCoins, a €59 one earns 2.
A friend via your link
Give a friend the link from your account: it shows them that you invited them and tells them about their TourCoins. When they first travel with TourSlo — on any trip: a group or private transfer, a move or a tour — you each get 5 TourCoins. Parcels don’t count. Each of you will see the credit in your own account, in the TourCoin history.

Until 27 January 2027 inclusive: one free spin via the personal link we send you, and another after every completed trip. Spinning is free: no stakes, nothing to buy. The result is decided by the programme on the server, not by your phone.

How to spend

- They never expireno expiry date: TourCoins stay in your account until you spend them.

Where to see your balance
In My account and on the coin in the site header: once you have logged in to your account on this device, the coin shows your number of TourCoins. We send you the link to your account after booking. If you don’t have the link, press “Get the link” on the sign-in screen of My account: leave the phone number you booked with and we’ll send it to you.

Is the programme already running?
Yes. TourCoins are awarded for completed trips and services, and your balance is in My account. Until 27 January 2027 the wheel is there too — a site update gift. We send you the link to your account after booking; if you don’t have it, press “Get the link” on the sign-in screen of My account.
Do trips made before the programme started count?
No. Trips made before the programme started are not included. To earn TourCoins, book a trip or a parcel — the awards start with it.
Do I have to pay to spin the wheel?
No. Spinning is free: no stakes, nothing to buy. Until 27 January 2027 you get a spin via the personal link we send you and after every completed trip. All you get is TourCoins, which you can spend on trips with us. The most common result is 1.
How long will the wheel be available?
The wheel is available until 27 January 2027 inclusive: it is the “Site update gift” offer. After that date there is no wheel, while TourCoins for trips and for a friend are still awarded as before.
How much can I pay with TourCoins?
Up to half the price of the trip: you can use any number of TourCoins, but not more than half the price. You pay the rest by card online as usual. One TourCoin counts as one euro.
What happens if the programme runs out of TourCoins?
Then the award for a trip may be smaller or may not come at all, and the wheel spin is postponed: you keep your right to it while the offer lasts. There are 1,000,000 TourCoins in the programme in total, and no new ones will appear; TourCoins that customers spend on services go back into the common pool. Every award and deduction is recorded in a log.
What happens if the trip does not take place?
A trip that did not take place earns no TourCoins and no wheel spin: both are given only for a completed trip. The friend reward comes when your friend first travels with us. If you have already paid part of the price with TourCoins, message us: the deduction can be cancelled and the TourCoins will go back to your account.
Are TourCoins a cryptocurrency?
No. They are TourSlo bonus points: they cannot be bought, sold or cashed out.
