In Uzhhorod you board at the TourSlo office (Mukachivska St 42) or in the car park by the main entrance of the railway station. In Lviv you board at the railway station; in Mukachevo we pick you up at the address you give us.

In EU countries we pick you up and drop you off at your address.

We send the exact boarding time by SMS 24 hours before departure — it depends on the passengers’ addresses. Departure days are next to the table.

An address outside the listed cities is priced per kilometre from the railway station of the nearest listed city — €1.5/km.

The price includes one suitcase or bag and one piece of hand luggage — up to 30 kg and up to 10 kg.

Each additional bag or suitcase — €20 / €30 / €40, depending on size.

Yes. Count a child as a passenger — they have their own seat. Tell us your child’s age and weight when you book — we’ll arrange a comfortable seat and a free child seat.

Yes. A dog up to 5 kg travels in the cabin — you need to buy a separate passenger seat for it. A dog of 5 kg or more travels in the luggage compartment — an extra charge of €100. Dogs travel only in a pet carrier — this is required. If you are travelling with a pet, contact a manager: they will answer any questions.

The price is per seat one way; the way back costs the same. You can enter both dates on the ticket above and in the request: departures from Ukraine — Tue · Fri · Sun, from Europe — Mon · Thu · Sat.

You pay after confirmation: we confirm the seats and send a payment link. Once paid, the seats are yours.

Payment — in full, by card.

The payee is the carrier registered in Slovenia.

The fare is not refundable. You can move the date up to three months ahead, subject to free seats on the new date, if you let us know at least 5 calendar days before departure. If fewer than 5 days are left, the trip is forfeited. A ticket cannot be passed on to another person.

Minivans: 8 passenger seats + driver, free Starlink Wi-Fi, water, stops on request, passenger insurance.

For an extra charge: additional luggage, seat selection (+€5), a seat next to you if you travel alone (next to the driver −25%, in a row of three −10%), an address outside the listed cities (by the kilometre), pets. Private transfer (a car just for you) — by the kilometre.

There are no promo codes. If you travel alone, you can take the seat next to you at a discount — it stays empty for your things and extra comfort: next to the driver −25%, in a row of three −10% (second and third seat). Mark it on the seating plan when you book.

The fares apply to holders of a biometric passport, a passport with a valid Schengen visa, an EU residence permit (temporary or permanent) or an EU passport.
