Ski center Rogla
The Rogla ski center is the hallmark of Slovenian ski resorts and the training base of the Slovenian Olympic Reserve School since 1997.
It is located 40 km from Maribor. Rogla is located 12 km from the town of Zreče, the resort is an ideal place for leisure, both for local snow lovers and visiting guests.
Rogla and Zrece are connected by a bus route, allowing you to quickly take a hot bath after descending from the mountains. The first resort is located on the top of Rogla at an altitude of 1500 meters, while Zrece is located much lower at an altitude of 400 meters at its foot.
The distance from Ljubljana is about 120 km. Thanks to modern artificial snowmaking systems, excellent snow coverage is provided here from late autumn to early spring.
At least 100 days of excellent skiing are available to skiers. For cross-country skiing enthusiasts, there is a 14 km long cross-country track. There is an equipped snow park, Fun Park Rogla, and a 400 m long toboggan run.
Those interested can enjoy night skiing on the illuminated slopes on Thursdays and Sundays.
Professional ski school instructors will share their experience and help beginners master gliding skills and advanced skiers improve their skills.
